Flat Fee Estate Planning

Our firm offers a flat fee for most estate planning documents because a flat fee arrangement makes for a better attorney-client relationship.

Our office is centrally located so that clients can come meet with us to discuss their wishes and needs. The representation often begins with you completing a questionnaire about your wishes. We often can draft the documents prior to the first estate planning visit. In the office visit, the documents are explained and changes are made, if necessary. The estate documents are then signed and notarized.

A last will and testament is necessary to ensure that your wishes are followed. Our firm helps you to prepare an estate plan to avoid disputes. By doing this, the goal is the eliminate disputes over your property. This is why it is so important to have a will.

A properly drafted will is a gift to your children and family. In the will, you determine who gets what and in which proportions. We also can incorporate a trust into your will. A will simplifies the probate process upon your death. Having a will makes your death and probate a lot less expensive and cumbersome for your loved ones.
