Lolla has been in practice since 2001, is licensed in Texas and New York, and is focused on the legal needs of successful family businesses and high net worth individuals in a broad range of business transactions and disputes.

Prior to joining Nimmons & Fronterhouse, Lolla worked as an attorney for ExxonMobil and as the assistant general counsel for a private equity oil and gas fund in Houston. Lolla is well versed with the day-to-day operations of a brick and mortar business, and has handled a broad range of legal matters from obtaining licenses and creating legal agreements involved in operating an industrial startup to leasing and purchasing commercial real estate and industrial equipment, and advising clients in connection with regulatory agency enforcements and employee hiring and terminations. Over the past 20 years, Lolla’s most interesting projects include the sale of a $80MM floating production vessel in the Gulf of Mexico, defense of several massive class actions, purchase and sale of industrial real estate and equipment, and software licensing for a technology joint venture.

Lolla was born in Moscow and received her J.D. from the University of Utah and her B.A. from Moscow State Linguistic University. She has been a Houstonian since 2001, and loves being a resident of Spring Branch and a parent at Memorial High School. Her favorite activities include exploring the Heights and Montrose architecture, watching high school football at the Tully Stadium and of course traveling, both domestically and overseas.
